2008
2009 will be the greatest year of my life. People with out vision perish. That is why I am setting goals for this year and years to come. Setting goals is not just a waste of time like some people may think. It is a plan/purpose that will help direct my steps. Some times we get so focused on trying to please other people that we forget about ourselves. I am not saying we should totally focus on ourselves, but I am saying we have to take back our lives. We should always think of others when planning out our future goals. We should set time aside to help our fellow man/woman. If we always focus on helping others and not helping ourselves, than what good are we when we get to the end our lives and nothing is accomplished. What is success? More things? NO!! Its accomplishing what you started out to accomplish in life. How do we know what to accomplish? It says in Gods word, seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added unto you. What are these things? Its things that God puts in our hearts to accomplish. Fresh start for 2009!! That is what I am saying (screaming) to everyone! Find out what makes you happy and do it to the fullest of your ability. I like seeing people becoming successful in life. It thrills my heart to see people accomplishing what they start out to accomplish. So, during this holiday season make it a point to have fun and enjoy your family. And also, make it a point to start the new year with a FRESH START

If you only had a few days to live, what would you do? Would you speak kinder words? Would you call a friend? Would you help a neighbor with a project? Would you seek a spiritual connection between you and God? Would you seek forgiveness from an enemy? If we only had a few days to live we would do things a little different. This life is only a vapor in comparison to eternity. We are on a journey that will end one day. We have an opportunity to leave a legacy that will forever change the history of mankind. I am praying for a generation that will not settle for complacency, but will strive for Gods supernatural change.

It has been a while since I have taken the time to blog. Sometimes it is hard for me to express to the world how I am feeling. I guess it is hard to show my emotions! I have a wonderful amazing wife who is helping me in this area. Recently, I finished a six week real estate course that really had a lot of great information for someone who is interested in real estate investments. I met a lot of great people in the class who have great dreams and visions of the future. We studied over 20 chapters of material and took a 100 question test. The real estate market at this time has really slowed down, but I know that it will eventually make a move in the fast direction soon.
It says in Matthew 6:33 (New International Version)
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
All we have to do as Christians is seek God and let Him take care of the rest.

Today is my one month Anniversary of being married to the most beautiful woman in the world. (Jennifer Hudson) She is my best friend and I love being with her all the time. This journey together started on October 29th. I am looking forward to many months and years of married bliss with my wife.
